Obituary

Annabelle Erickson of the Flin Flon Personal Care Home passed away Friday, March 4, 2022 at the age of 94 years.

A private family Celebration of Life for Annabelle Erickson will be held at a later date.

If friends so desire memorial tributes may be made to the Flin Flon Personal Care Home c/o The Northern Health Foundation, 84 Church Street, Flin Flon, Manitoba, R8A 1L8. 

Annabelle was born in 1928 January 28 in a farmhouse in rural Saskatchewan, Dalton District to James Clifford & Christie Campbell.

She married Gordon Erickson in October of 1949 and moved to Flin Flon in 1950.

Together they raised three children, Heather (Barry) Davies,  Shirley Erickson (Rick), & Kenneth (deceased)

Annabelle had an unconditional love for her four grandchildren,

Geoff (Trisha) Davies,

Rick Davies,

Blair (Jessie) Berkner

Kaylee (Nick) Sprietsma

All  four grandkids looked forward to board games & card games when Golden Grams came to visit...and when the grandkids came home from school...they all wondered what Golden Grams baked today for them...

Annabelle enjoyed watching videos of her great grandchildren while in Personal Care...it always brought a smile to her face...

And a few laughs with pictures on snap chat...

Annabelle enjoyed bowling, camping, fishing, playing cards & board games and always planned her day around watching curling on TV.

There was  always home made bread, buns, & cookies in the freezer just in case someone should drop over.  There was always a fish fry at the Erickson household when company came to town.

She will be sadly missed, but will now be with her husband of 71 years, Gordon & her son who passed away in 2015, Kenny

Rest in Peace, you will always be with us in memory...
