Jerry Stringer

OBITUARY: "Peacefully at the Flin Flon personal care Home, Jerry, Joseph Stringer, passed away April 29, 2018 at the age of 101. Jerry was born on a Farm near Melfort, Sask. on July 16, 1916. In World War !! he served six years with the 1st Armoured Tank Brigade signals (Recs) holding the rank of corporal. He worked 31 year for the Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting company and Churchill River Power company at Island Falls. He retired in 1981. He came from a family of eight brothers and five sisters and is survived by brothers Michael, Donald, Reginald and Robert."
