It is with deep sorrow the family of Ludwig Krzak mourn his passing on October 30, 2025, at the
Northern Lights Manor at the age of 92.
Born in Nora Sask. Dad work various jobs as a young man before making Flin Flon his home. Our
Parents married in Flin Flon and soon started their family. Dad worked for Hudson Bay Minning and
Smelting until His retirement.
Dad enjoyed curling and playing baseball and was an avid outdoorsman. He belonged to the
Knights of Columbus, Flin Flon Handgun Club and was a certified spotter for search and rescue.
He enjoyed his outings with his hunting and fishing buddies Ron, Jason and Mike just to name a
few! Family trips to their parents and family farms highlighted the summers along with fishing
on Table Lake and blueberry picking …. which usually ended with being an amazing adventure!
He took pride in having a big garden and tending to the yard. Ron was his go to roto tiller guy!
Dad was a hard-working focused individual that strived to provide for his family.
In his retirement years he enjoyed his and Mom’s evening coffees at Johnnys Confectionery and at
Chicken Chef. He truly enjoyed his conversations with his good friends Herb and Bob and of course
others he happened to bump into.
He belonged to the St Anns Roman Catholic church, attending Saturday masses until age and
health stopped him. He enjoyed Father Paul’s services immensely!
Dad will be lovingly remembered by his daughters: Cheryl (Gil), Louise (Don), Carrie (Darren)
Grandchildren Annette (Keith), Troy (Jessica) and Dillon. His great grand children Austin, Taylor,
Scarlet and Lynx. He will be remembered by his sister Irene St Jean of Calgary Alberta, sister in-law
Marion Krzak of Rose Valley Sask. plus numerous nephews and nieces.
He was preceded by his loving wife Ann Krzak, his parents John and Marie Krzak, brothers Jack, Ted,
Chester and sisters Lucy and Jenny. Sister-in-law Birdie Krzak, Brother-in-Law Adam Makarow,
niece Gwen and nephew Edward.
At dads request no funeral will be held. The family will be having a small graveside service with
Father Paul to place dad’s ashes with moms. Donations in memory of him can be made to the Flin
Flon/Creighton SPCA.
The family would like to thank everyone who ever offered a kind word, a funny story or a handshake
to our dad. His faith in God was unwavering!
