Madeline Kosar

Madeline Kosar of Flin Flon, Manitoba passed away at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at the age of 84 years.

Madeline was a woman of many talents. She enjoyed crafting, which included cross-stitching and embroidery. She loved the outdoors, spending many summers camping where she relaxed while listening to her late husband, Henry Sr. play his guitar by the crackling fire. Her love of music extended beyond camping; if there was music, she was dancing! At many weddings, she was a force to be reckoned with on the dancefloor.

Madeline loved her family dearly and always prepared delicious meals at gatherings which her whole family enjoyed. Not only did she love to feed her family, but she also loved to feed any animals that crossed her path. Whether it was a dog, cat, bird, raccoon, you name it, she was feeding it.

Madeline’s generosity & warm spirit will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Life for Madeline will be held at a later date.
