Mildred James of Snow Lake, MB, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 29, 2022, surrounded by family.
Mildred was born in Flin Flon, MB, on January 21, 1945, to Melvin and Mildred Berg. She attended school in Flin Flon where she met James James (Jim). Jim and Millie were married on October 9, 1965, in Flin Flon, MB. They moved to Snow Lake where they raised their two children, Jodie and Lorne. Mildred stayed at home to care for the children. Later, she worked as a secretary, then retired to care for her four grandchildren.
Mildred leaves behind her husband Jim; daughter Jodie (Aldon); son Lorne (Vanessa); four grandchildren, Brady, Taelor, Bronti and Zorny; and countless extended family.
The family would like to thank the doctor and nursing staff at the Snow Lake Clinic.
Mildred will be sadly missed by everyone she knew.
