Obituary
Robert Lester of Flin Flon, Saskatchewan passed away on February 18, 2023 at the age of 80 years.
Robert was born January 26, 1943 to parents Sarah and Elroy Lester in Calgary, Alberta. Robert graduated high school and enrolled in IT courses; he worked for Acklands for 43 years before retiring in 2006. Robert married his wife Marlene in the spring of 1966, and together they had three children. Robert lived in many places, including Calgary, Stony Plain, Edmonton, Tepic (Mexico), and Flin Flon. Robert had many hobbies, including crafting, gardening, caregiving, and traveling.
Robert is survived by his wife Marlene, 3 children, 4 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
Robert is predeceased by his parents Sarah and Elroy Lester; sisters Gwendolyn and Shirleean; and his brother Raymond.
Funeral services for Robert will be held Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 3:00pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 120 Alder Avenue, Flin Flon, Manitoba with Kelly Flodell officiating.
