"Slugo" Duane Slugoski

"Slugo" Duane Slugoski of Creighton, Saskatchewan passed away Thursday, June 4, 2026 at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan at the age of 76 years.

Slugo is survived by his loving wife Shirley Slugoski; daughter Addie (Trent) Boak; son Len Lucas; daughter Tracy Lucas; grandkids Jeffrey Bone, Brittney & Kevin Baschuk, Krista & Karlee Kimball, Jesse Highfield, Jaymee Lucas; great grandkids Brantley Baschuk, Ryker, Gabby, Abel; sister Elaine Bodie; aunty Irene Renz as well as numerous cousins.

A Celebration of Life for Slugo Slugoski will be held Saturday, September 19, 2026 at the Creighton Community Hall, 349 Main Street, Creighton, Saskatchewan with Father Paul Bringleson officiating.
