Wanda Ginnell

It is with great sadness that on December 25, 2022 Wanda Ginnell passed away peacefully

with family by her side at the age of 82 in The Northern Lights Manor.

Wanda was born Oct 27, 1940 in Minitonas, Manitoba.

She grew up in Flin Flon and with her husband and 3 boys resided throughout Western Canada and USA,

but the north always called her back.

She was heavily involved in her community. Wanda volunteered at the Flin Flon Hospital Auxiliary and

Meals on Wheels Program (roping her grandsons in to help)

She loved Denare Beach where she was a long time business owner and served on Denare Beach Council

for numerous years.

Wanda enjoyed hockey, the lake, fishing, houseboating, birds (not squirrels) her German shepards and

spending quality time with friends and her family.

Wanda will be lovingly remembered by her Sons Daniel (Leslie) and Erin (Jay) Grandsons Derek (Alyssa)

Liam, Sean, Bradley and Riley. Her brothers Cam Bernell and sister Brenda.

She was predeceased by her son Kevin, Ex-husband Paddy, and parents Bert and Jean Graves

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations can be made to Meals on Wheels and Flin Flon Hospital Auxillary

The family would like to send a special thank you to Northern Lights Manor for their exceptional care

and compassion.  And to Father Paul for his blessings.
